PROCESS OF SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS AND ARTICLES
- Create your account by identifying you on the platform (use your account if it is already created).
- Submit your abstract (300 words maximum), followed by 4 to 5 keywords in English via the system of '' Digital Submission’’. "Abstract Template"
- Specify the thematic session of your contribution among the 4 proposed sessions.
- Specify if you wish to present your communication in oral or poster form.
- The summary will be proofread and a decision of acceptance or refusal.
- Submissions will then be subject to an anonymous review process. In case of definitive acceptance, after any necessary modifications, the authors will be invited to submit the final version of 6 pages minimum, in English, respecting the downloadable template here: ‘’Word Template’’
POSTERS FORMAT
- The posters are to be printed by the communicators, and to be displayed as soon as the conference opens.
- The location for hanging will be indicated at the reception.
ORAL PRESENTATION
- Total duration of the presentation: 20 minutes: including 5 minutes reserved for questions.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
- Conference language: All oral and poster communications should be presented in English or French. To publishing paper, the official language is English.
